1. Return Window — 14 Days
For eligible standard-size, non-customized items, you may request a return within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.
Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
All returned items must meet the return conditions stated in this policy.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, resalable condition.
The item must be:
Unworn, except for reasonable try-on
Unwashed
Unaltered
Undamaged
Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, odors, pet hair, or other signs of use
Returned with all original tags attached
Returned with all original accessories and removable parts
A dress that has been worn to a wedding, party, ceremony, photoshoot, performance, or other event is considered used and is not eligible for return.
3. Handmade Dresses & Measurement Tolerance
Our dresses are individually made and involve a significant amount of hand cutting, sewing, tailoring, lace placement, beading, embroidery, and finishing.
Because of the handmade nature of our dresses, slight variations between individual garments are normal.
Please allow a measurement tolerance of approximately 1~1.5 inch from the measurements or size chart provided.
A measurement difference within approximately 1~1.5 inch is considered a normal handmade production tolerance and will not, by itself, be considered a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
Measurements may also vary slightly depending on the measuring method, fabric construction, dress structure, and where the garment is measured.
If the difference materially exceeds this tolerance, please contact us with clear photographs and measurements so that we can review the issue.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
4. Return Processing Fee
For eligible returns made for personal reasons, a 15% return processing/restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
The 15% fee is calculated based on the purchase price of the returned item(s), after applicable discounts and excluding shipping charges and taxes where required by law.
For example:
If the returned dress price is $500, the return processing fee would be $75, and the remaining eligible merchandise refund would be $425, before any other applicable non-refundable charges.
The 15% return processing fee may apply to returns including:
Change of mind
Size does not fit
Customer selected the wrong size
Style or color preference
Customer ordered multiple sizes or styles to compare
Wedding plans changed
Customer no longer needs the dress
The 15% return processing fee will not be charged if the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect, damage upon delivery, or an incorrect item sent by us.
Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law will take priority over this provision.
5. Return Shipping, Customs Duties & Taxes
For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item, including return shipping fees and any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges that may be incurred during the return shipment.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your return receipt and tracking number. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Please ensure that any customs forms for the return shipment are completed accurately. Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed on the returned package are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund if they are charged to us, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Please do not send a return using a freight-collect or cash-on-delivery (COD) service. Unauthorized COD or freight-collect returns may be refused.
If the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect, damage upon delivery, or an incorrect item sent by us, we will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs and applicable return-related charges where required.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
6. Refund Calculation
For an eligible customer-initiated return, the refund will generally be calculated as:
Eligible Item Price − 15% Return Processing Fee = Merchandise Refund
Return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, and other return-related charges for customer-initiated returns are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the merchandise refund.
If any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges related to the customer's return shipment are billed to or paid by us, the applicable amount may be deducted from the customer's refund, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Original expedited shipping fees, rush production fees, and other optional service fees are generally non-refundable once the applicable service has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will normally be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
